This Georgian townhouse, dating back to 1813, has been lovingly restored to its former glory, providing guests with a taste of authentic Edinburgh living.

Established in 1971, this second generation family run accommodation is located just a 10 minute walk from the heart of the city centre.

Check-in is available from 1pm with Check-Out at 10am.
Don't worry if you are arriving late as we also provide self check-in. Let us know your arrival time and we will email all the instructions to you on the day of arrival.

Arriving earlier than 1? Drop your luggage from 9am and explore the city whilst the finishing touches are put on your room.
THE FINE PRINT
All guests are asked to inform us of their estimated time of arrival.
Late evening arrivals will be supplied with a 4-digit code to access a keybox at the property. To ensure smooth arrival, please arrange this before the arrival date.
Arrival is possible from 09:00, However rooms are avalable from 1pm onwards.
Eating in our rooms is prohibited.
Smoking in our building is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ejection.
When booking more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
We do not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
